“My husband and I loved our stay! I’m a travel nurse working night shift while he works remotely in tech and tags along. We needed a quiet two bedroom at a fair price and this was just it. It’s in a lovely little neighborhood just west of Manatee High School and within walking distance to the nearest grocery store. We always felt very safe and at home! The house is newly updated with tons of yard space for our pup to run around and play in. It’s got everything you need! Jim and Bill are super easy to work with and give you the perfect amount of privacy while still checking in to see if they can enhance your stay. All around 10/10, would recommend.” Jacy and Levi W. 
My husband and I stayed at this charming and lovely duplex, one bedroom apartment for just over 3 months, as I am a travel nurse. It was cozy, warm, and cutely decorated. Everything worked as it should and communication with the owner was a breeze. The owner had the outside maintained weekly, which was a bonus and very helpful. The duplex was stocked with all the necessary items needed for day-to-day cooking and cleaning needs, such as dishes, linen, and cleaning supplies. It was close to the hospital (less than 3 miles) and to grocery stores/attractions/beaches/parks. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe in the immediate area. Thank you for a pleasurable stay.
